Hours: Relief (various shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends)

As a Support Worker
, you ll be part of a committed team helping adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Mental health needs
• Autism
• Epilepsy
• Physical disabilities
• Challenging behaviour

Your Day May Involve

• Supporting with personal care and administering medication
• Helping with cooking, cleaning and household tasks
• Budgeting and financial planning
• Providing social support and enabling community participation
• Attending team meetings and maintaining accurate records
• Encouraging independence and enhancing quality of life

You ll work a variety of shifts, including early mornings (from 7:30am), evenings (until 10pm), weekends, and public holidays. Sleepovers and waking night shifts may also be required. Every second weekend off.

Previous experience is a bonus, especially in supporting adults with challenging behaviours, but full training will be provided.
