Fairway Packing Co. is the Midwest’s premier meat purveyor, specializing in prime, Wagyu, and dry-aged beef. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-focused Truck Driver to join our team and ensure timely delivery of our high-quality products to customers.

The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely transporting meat products to our customers while providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in maintaining Fairway’s commitment to quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and passionate about upholding our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Product Delivery: Safely and efficiently transport meat products, including prime, Wagyu, and dry-aged beef, to customers and restaurant partners.
• Route Management: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service.
• Product Handling: Load and unload deliveries, ensuring product quality is maintained during transportation.
• Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service when delivering orders, addressing customer inquiries or concerns as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to ensure the truck is in optimal condition.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety, traffic, and company regulations, including maintaining proper refrigeration settings for transported products.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete required paperwork for each delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience, preferably in food distribution or refrigerated transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with handling refrigerated goods is a plus.
