Construction Renovation Technician

Renovations Now is seeking an experienced renovation professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and understands what it means to deliver an exceptional finished product in a customer’s home. We are looking for someone who can confidently handle multiple aspects of residential renovation and who values doing the job right the first time. Schedule Monday – Friday Consistent weekday schedule with no routine weekend work.

• Perform residential bathroom & kitchen remodeling and renovation work
• Accurately read and use a tape measure
• Install tile, flooring, trim, and finish materials
• Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks
• Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Identify potential issues before they become problems
• Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

• Previous hands-on construction or renovation experience
• Experience with tile installation, flooring, and finish work
• Comfortable with basic plumbing and electrical
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable, motivated, and solution-oriented
• Professional when working in customers’ homes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $18 - $35 hourly
