About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Aerospace department. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and the chance to grow in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components in aerospace equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and testing of electrical systems
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Assist engineering and production teams with electrical installation and support
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Comfortable using hand tools, test equipment, and basic machinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and punctual; able to work a 6:00 AM start on 1st shift
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant electrical certifications preferred
