Job Title: Electrical Technician (Aerospace)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM start
Pay: $17/hour
Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Aerospace department. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and the chance to grow in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components in aerospace equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and testing of electrical systems
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Assist engineering and production teams with electrical installation and support
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Prior experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Comfortable using hand tools, test equipment, and basic machinery
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and punctual; able to work a 6:00 AM start on 1st shift
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant electrical certifications preferred
- Competitive pay at $17/hour
- 90-day contract-to-hire with potential for permanent employment
- Work in a team-oriented aerospace environment
