Kitter​/Package Handler

Kitter/Package Handler (Aerospace)
Start Time: 6:00 AM Contract-to-Hire: 90 Days Pay: $17/hour

We are seeking a reliable Kitter to support daily production and shipping operations. This role is responsible for assembling kits, organizing materials, and preparing products for shipment to ensure smooth workflow throughout the facility.

• Pull, sort, and organize parts according to work orders
• Assemble kits accurately and efficiently
• Package products following company standards
• Label, scan, and track materials through the internal system
• Replenish inventory and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Inspect parts for quality before packing
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Previous experience in kitting, warehouse, material handling, or packaging preferred
• Ability to read work orders and follow directions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer or scanner experience a plus
