Set up and operate thread-rolling, thread-cutting, or thread-forming machines (e.g., flat-die, cylindrical die, or single-point threaders).;
Adjust machine settings, tooling, dies, and guides according to job specifications;
Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, work orders, and setup sheets.;
Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and feed rate;
Conduct first-piece inspections and perform in-process quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
