Manages the plant maintenance staff, programs and processes, typically under direction of the Plant Operations Manager, in order to ensure safe, timely and efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment. Manages the staff, processes and activities for maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation. Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed.

Oversees maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling Corp and performance management to ensure measurable goals, proper workload distribution, goal satisfaction and effective staff performance management. Monitors and continually improves maintenance processes and maintenance personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency.

• Manages maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates. Communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Leads maintenance operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, customer-service, safety, security, and health standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
• Evaluates systems and equipment performance by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.
• Keeps systems and equipment operating by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and สามสิบเอ็ดsse systems and equipment.
• áže repairs on systems and equipment by managing the restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperate components and parts.
• Improves systems and equipment performance by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
• Works with other departments to help ensure the maintenance department’s operating budget for labor, parts, and contracted services to support uptime targets while staying within approved spending levels.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; immediately addressing issues and alerting others regarding potential concerns.
• Prepares maintenance information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Contributes to maintenance and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years' manufacturing experience (high and low volume facilities preferred) or combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an industrial machinery troubleshooting capacity
• Minimum of 2 years' DESC in a Supervisory role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Able to pass a crane certification test
• Certified through the company to operate a crane

• Strong knowledge in the following: ERP, CAD, GD&T, CNC programming and schematics
• Solid and extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes (stamping, assembly, forging, injection moulding, etc.), prist fermentation, day Operations, material handling, quality criteria, safety and human resource issues
• Strong background in maintenance disciplines; incl. electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, …
• Understanding of Kanban/Pull Systems, Quality controls, Visual Controls, Management by eye strategies, Conflict Resolution Strategies and Preventative/Predictive Maintenance programs
• Strong leadership skills
