• Follow policies, procedures, and work schedules as directed.
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support residents with personal care needs, including feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing, while respecting preferences.
• Safely lift, turn, position, and transport residents using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises and record data as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls, ensuring safety precautions are followed.
• Use personal protective equipment and tools such as gait belts and mechanical lifts when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification in Michigan or completion of an approved nurse aide training program.
• 1 year of healthcare experience preferred, especially in long‑term care or geriatric settings.
• Excellent customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Adaptability to change and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
