Inside Sales Representative; Franklin, WI

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative, someone recently out of college who wants to build a career in sales. You will work directly with sales leadership, gain hands‑on experience in quoting, order management, and customer communication, and develop the foundational skills required to grow into an Outside Sales role. This is not just a support role. It is a launch point.

You're going to work directly with our sales leadership team and gain hands‑on experience across the entire sales cycle:

• Generate and manage customer quotes using ERP systems
• Enter and track orders through production
• Communicate timelines and updates to customers
• Partner with Outside Sales and Engineering teams to solve problems
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce
• Help expedite orders and handle customer challenges in real time
• Build relationships through responsiveness, accuracy, and follow‑through

This role is intentionally designed as the first step toward Outside Sales. High performers will develop core competencies in:

• Customer relationship management
• Technical product knowledge (cable assemblies and electronics)
• CRM and ERP system fluency (Salesforce, Global Shop)
• Sales process fundamentals
• Cross‑functional collaboration

• No experience needed. 1–2 years of customer service, sales support, or related experience preferred (but not required if you have the right attitude)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable learning CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and Global Shop experience a plus)
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset
• Genuine interest in growing into a sales‑facing role
• Education: High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
