ECommerce Shipping Fulfillment Packer

We have an exciting opportunity in our Central Specialty Pet business unit for an Ecommerce Shipping Fulfillment Packer in our Franklin, Wisconsin location.

• Follows functions of the Ecommerce Shipping Fulfillment Packer.
• Log into ship workstations
• Scans carts holding product picked by order pickers
• Monitor the workstation screen to ensure all items listed for the customer order are scanned.
• Scans UPC on product
• Assemble correct carton for shipping.
• Scans the correct barcode for the carton used, choosing from the laminated barcode sheet.
• Packs into carton and places WES license plate
• Places the product into the cartons.
• Apply system generated carrier shipping label.
• Place carton on conveyor to send to tape sealer
• Deliver items to the appropriate carrier trailer
• For bulk picking, return the bulk pick label to the picker so they can put any extra product back in the correct location.
• Report any error messages to lead and/or supervisor for prompt corrections.
• Keeps work area safe and participates in the cleanup and 5S Daily Housekeeping throughout the day and at end of shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Experience driving an order picker or willingness to learn

• Must be able to stand/walk for a 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Plant environment with periodic visits to the office area of the plant.
• Exposed to any number of elements, but none present to the extent of being disagreeable.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
