SR Concession associate - Milwaukee Milkmen

The Milwaukee Milkmen are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Concession Associates to join our game‑day staff at Franklin Field in Franklin, WI. Concession Associates play a key role in creating a fun and memorable fan experience by providing fast, friendly service while preparing and serving food and beverages during Milkmen home games and special events.

• Prepare, serve, and sell food and beverages in concession stands
• Greet fans with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions using point‑of‑sale systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, including food prep, service, and seating areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑energy game‑day environment
• Assist with opening, closing, and post‑event cleanup duties
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members

• Must be at least 16 years old (age requirements may vary by position)
• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

• Must be available for Milwaukee Milkmen home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Additional shifts may be available for special events at Franklin Field
