About the Role
Are you a skilled welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We're looking for an experienced Aluminum MIG & TIG Welder to join our dynamic team and help build high-performance heat transfer products, including condensers and cooling units. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
* Weld aluminum components using MIG and TIG techniques with accuracy and consistency
* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
* Inspect welds for quality and compliance
* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Support continuous improvement in welding processes

What You Bring
* 2+ years of aluminum MIG & TIG welding experience
* Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Welding certification preferred (e.g., AWS D1.2)
* Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
* Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding
* Exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes (PPE provided)
* Frequently required to sit/stand, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.
* Required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and occasionally reach above shoulders.
