We’re growing our team in the U.S. and are looking for a strategic, analytical leader to help shape the future of our supply chain.
We’re searching for a Manager, Supply Chain Optimization who can drive initiatives that boost efficiency, strengthen global sourcing, and optimize cost structures for U.S. imports.
In this role, you’ll influence major make/buy decisions, collaborate across global teams, and deliver meaningful cost savings and performance improvements.

What You’ll Do- Develop supply chain strategies that support cost, quality, and delivery goals
- Lead comprehensive make/buy analyses to drive optimal sourcing decisions
- Drive high‑quality order fulfillment with a focus on throughput reduction and on‑time delivery
- Analyze total landed cost, tariffs, freight, and logistics to guide cost‑effective sourcing and distribution
- Identify and execute process improvements across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
- Partner closely with global suppliers to enhance performance and reduce costs
- Work across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to align supply chain strategy
- Use advanced analytics and modeling tools to support strategic decision‑making
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years in supply chain strategy, sourcing, or operations
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of global trade, logistics, and cost modeling
- Hands‑on experience with make/buy analysis and optimization tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in ERP and analytics systems (SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI)
- International sourcing and import cost structures
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders
