We’re searching for a Manager, Supply Chain Optimization who can drive initiatives that boost efficiency, strengthen global sourcing, and optimize cost structures for U.S. imports.

In this role, you’ll influence major make/buy decisions, collaborate across global teams, and deliver meaningful cost savings and performance improvements.

• Develop supply chain strategies that support cost, quality, and delivery goals
• Lead comprehensive make/buy analyses to drive optimal sourcing decisions

• Drive high‑quality order fulfillment with a focus on throughput reduction and on‑time delivery
• Analyze total landed cost, tariffs, freight, and logistics to guide cost‑effective sourcing and distribution
• Identify and execute process improvements across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
• Partner closely with global suppliers to enhance performance and reduce costs
• Work across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to align supply chain strategy
• Use advanced analytics and modeling tools to support strategic decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
• 5+ years in supply chain strategy, sourcing, or operations
• Proven leadership or management experience
• Strong understanding of global trade, logistics, and cost modeling
• Hands‑on experience with make/buy analysis and optimization tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in ERP and analytics systems (SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI)

• International sourcing and import cost structures
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders
