Overview

We are seeking a Medical Director at CRC Reintegration Center in Franklin, WI. This is a 1.0 FTE position with 8-hour shifts , Monday - Friday) and DEA licensure requirements. Compensation information: $271,440 - $301,600 per year.

The Site Medical Director provides clinical leadership at the assigned facility and ensures compliance with medical standards and regulations. They deliver direct care, supervise healthcare staff, and coordinate with internal and external healthcare providers. Responsibilities include documentation, emergency response, treatment planning, formulary compliance, quality improvement, chronic care clinic oversight, pharmacy monitoring, and medical program review.

• Provide direct medical care and document all clinical encounters in compliance with standards
• Supervise and support healthcare staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
• Oversee chronic care clinics, utilization review, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the Health Services Administrator to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Maintain clinical oversight and consult on complex medical cases or referrals

EDUCATION

• Medical school graduate

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Public Health preferred

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

• Current licensure within the State of employment
• Current DEA number
• CPR certification
• Privileges and CME requirements for continued medical practice in the State
