The Senior Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in driving manufacturing excellence by developing, improving, and optimizing production processes. This position focuses on technical leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality​ក, efficiency, and kinds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and a passion for operational excellence, but will not have direct reports.

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and design engineering to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain process documentation including work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
• Participate in capital equipment selection and justification.
• Drive root cause PSG analysis and corrective actions for process‑related issues.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in CADýyk software and manufacturing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and work with mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.

• Bachelor's sms degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
