Technical Business Analyst

Project: 12+ month contract on a Contact Center technology project.

• 5+ years of experience in contact center business analysis or operations.
• Ability to write queries and analyze data to solve or confirm business problems.
• Ability to take business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
