Hybrid Post Approval Coordinator

Description

The Post Approval Coordinator is primarily responsible for obtaining completed documents and forms that are required for our insurance policies can be placed in-force. This includes communicating via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal customers to understand and address their requests. Typical requests include explaining processes and procedures, reviewing documents to ensure they are in good order, resolving documents that are not in good order, preparing documents for electronic signatures, and answering status questions.

The Post Approval Coordinator is accountable for understanding the request and determining the appropriate course of action or potential solutions using available resources.

• High School education and/or previous accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision making skills.
• Strong customer service skills via email – proven ability to build rapport, gain acceptance and to interact tactfully and professionally with internal and external customers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex financial transactions and calculations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently set priorities, meet deadlines and carry out multiple assignments on a timely basis.
• Knowledge of New Business functions.
• Familiarity with New Business/Insurance ISA databases preferred.

Intermediate Level.

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
