Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

We’re hiring immediately for a full‑time management position that offers a valuable leadership experience and competitive pay.

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment that complies with all health and sanitation procedures.
• Cooperate with management on working schedules, promotions, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Store Leader or corporate management.

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi‑task and perform repeated bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
