  • Assist with internal system connections and admin-level configuration (without owning full IT infrastructure).
  • Help shape the future of our integration platform and partner ecosystem.

  • Strong Coder: Proficiency in one or more modern languages (Typescript/Node, Python, Go, etc.).

  • Clear Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts confidently to customers and internal teams.
  • Resourceful Problem-Solver: Enjoys tackling ambiguous or complex technical challenges.
  • Product-Minded Engineer: Excited to prototype, experiment, and validate ideas quickly.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-moving environment with evolving information.
  • Bonus: Experience with Ruby on Rails, Merge, or HRIS/CRM integrations.
What’s in It for You?
  • A chance to influence what gets built at Thnks through hands‑on prototyping and discovery.

  • A meaningful career pathway toward senior technical leadership.
