Family Medicine Physician - Bon Secours Franklin Family Medicine | Franklin, VA

Bon Secours Franklin Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in Franklin, Virginia. You'll work alongside a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and collaborate with other regional primary care providers in a collegial network that puts patients and providers first.

• Flexible schedule options: Choose 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM
• Manageable patient load: Up to 20 patients per day across all ages, with a low pediatric panel
• Light call schedule: 1:7 rotation shared equally among group physicians
• Generous time off: Up to 35 days of annual ATO, additional 8 weeks of paid parental leave also available
• Hybrid care model: Mix of in-person visits and telehealth to serve patients where they are
• Opportunities to teach: Precept medical students and residents when available
• Professional growth: Participate in committees, leadership roles, and special interest initiatives

• EPIC EMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX Copilot AI which helps our providers to focus on their patients in real-time and minimizes after-hours patient charting
• Dedicated Clinical Informaticist for documentation and billing efficiency
• Direct access to local CMO and Finance Director for mentorship and transparency
