Job Description

Feel good about what you do and love where you work. We’re looking for service-oriented professionals who love to be on the go and enjoy variety in their work. Starts at $19 hourly and raised to $20 after 90 days or sooner based on performance.

• Take patients by wheelchair or stretcher while using our vans, fuel, insurance, etc.
• Always maintain a positive and constructive attitude
• Ensure vehicles are safe and clean
• Exhibits a detail-oriented etiquette and friendly attitude at all times when on the job
• Maintain a broad knowledge base of partner requirements regarding entry, locations, preferences, etc.
• Ensure all appointments are on-time
• Assist in communications to dispatch, patients and coworkers
• Comply with Caliber daily guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and standards
• Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business

High school diploma or GED

• Must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a minimum five (5) years driving history
• Eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
• Organization and multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
• Personable, friendly demeanor with "Compassionate" customer service approach to internal and external customers
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance

Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written.

• Ability to read and understand basics of assignment instructions

Position is based outside and in vehicles with moderate noise levels. Caliber operates 365 days a year, meaning hot/cold and wet/dry.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include near/far vision requirements for driving, including dark/nights
• Regularly required to talk or hear
• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
• The job may require lifting up to 70 lbs and long periods of sitting while behind the wheel

Full-time. There are no overnight or third shifts. Able to work Saturdays and major holidays on a rotating schedule. No Sundays.
