- Diagnose, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers, including up to 50 ton units, exhaust and fresh‑air systems, boilers, and chillers.
- Work on mini‑splits and VRF systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns using digital voltmeters and electronic tools.
- Follow written and verbal directions from managers and leadership.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Organize and document all equipment needed for each scheduled job.
- Ensure all necessary parts and documentation are completed on each system.
- Proficient in mechanical and electrical components of commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration; training will be available.
- Excellent customer service skills with customers and office staff.
- Independent and able to work in a timely manner, aiming to complete jobs correctly the first time.
- Attention to detail and documentation of all necessary pieces while working on a system.
- All candidates must undergo a pre‑employment background check and drug screening, possess a valid driver’s license, and reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment.
Our office is located at 959 North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, TN. Technicians will have their trucks or vans provided, which can be taken home, and will be dispatched from the office.
