* Responsibilities:
* * Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, water lines, drains, and sewage systems.

* Perform plumbing rough-ins and finish work for remodels and new construction projects.

* Conduct leak detection, pipe inspections, and system troubleshooting using modern tools and technology.

* Provide drain cleaning and sewer line service, including camera inspections and hydro jetting.

* Clearly communicate with customers about plumbing issues, service recommendations, and repair options.

* Complete work orders, invoices, and job notes accurately using Armor Air’s mobile service software.

* Maintain a clean work area, service vehicle, and jobsite at all times.

* Participate in rotating on-call shifts and emergency service availability.

* Qualifications:

*
* * 2+ years of plumbing experience
* in residential or light commercial environments (required).

* * Valid plumbing license
* or apprentice card for Tennessee (or ability to obtain).

* Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with attention to detail and workmanship.

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, crawlspaces, and attics.

* Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

* Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.

* Comfort using mobile apps and service dispatch software.

* Preferred:
Experience in water heater installs (tank and tankless), sewer repairs, or trenchless systems.

* * Hourly Rate*: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience and licensing).
