Legal Operations and Contracting Lead

Our client, located in Franklin, TN seeks a direct hire Legal Operations and Contract Lead. This position with own the end-to-end contract lifecycle and legal operations for a fast-growing technology company in regulated data environments. Partner with Sales, Security, and Leadership to accelerate deal execution while maintaining strong risk and compliance controls. This is a hands‑on builder role for someone who enjoys designing scalable processes that enable speed without compromising trust.

• Own commercial contracting across customers, partners, and vendors, supporting SaaS sales cycles and managing agreements end?to?end.
• Build and scale contracting operations, including workflows, templates, tracking systems, and stakeholder enablement to improve deal efficiency.
• Partner cross‑functionally to manage risk, compliance, and data privacy obligations, ensuring contracts align with security, regulatory, and governance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree required (paralegal or legal studies background strongly preferred)
• 5+ years experience in legal operations, contracts administration, or corporate paralegal role
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong Project Management and organizational skills
• Experience in healthcare, data, or regulated technology environments

Pay: $110k-$125k
