About the Role:
Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll use your retail leadership strengths in a new environment where they truly shine.
You will:
- Manage the full sales process — prospecting → meetings → relationship-building → account management
- Partner with hiring managers to uncover job openings and understand their needs
- Work closely with your recruiting team to match strong talent with great opportunities
- Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service
- Build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in accounting & finance

Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years of experience preferred (retail leadership counts!).

- Base Salary with Uncapped Commission
