What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new customer partnerships
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and margin targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to improve retention and long-term loyalty
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for all assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers’ representatives to promote and sell products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Proven sales experience in Packaging and MRO
  • Experience in food/meat processing, industrial processing, or safety products
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Dynamics 365 experience is a plus

  • Background in distribution industries such as paper, packaging, or food service
  • Outstanding customer service skills and effective collaboration with teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
