• Develop local hollow metal project pricing strategies in collaboration with Regional Sales Vice President and Sales Managers
• Partner with sales and product management teams to create custom tools for capturing market share
• Analyze market dynamics and communicate competitive changes effectively
• Maintain project hit rate statistics to refine pricing strategies for profitability
• Develop and manage relationships with key hollow metal distributors to anticipate customer needs

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in the hollow metal industry
• Knowledge of the security industry
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to interface with multiple levels and functions internally and externally

• Sales experience in both hollow metal and hardware industries
• Understanding of operations and project management constraints along with financial acumen
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Proficiency with CRM and estimation tools (e.g., Siebel)
• Candidate must reside within the East United States to support the territory
