Home Matters Caregiving is a premium, Tennessee non‑medical home care provider expanding rapidly in the Nashville area. In a crowded industry, we stand out through our Nurse‑Guided, Technology‑Driven care.
We’re looking for a driven, polished, and strategic Home Care Marketer to grow our local presence, build a strong referral pipeline, and become a trusted resource for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities- Drive Referral Growth: Build, nurture, and maintain a high‑value referral network including hospitals, rehab centers, discharge planners, geriatric care managers, attorneys, and physicians.
- Field‑Based Outreach: Complete 30–40+ strategic, face‑to‑face professional visits each week.
- Relationship Management: Break into competitor accounts and convert them into long‑term partners.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute a comprehensive, data‑driven 90‑day marketing plan.
- Intake Support: Assist with initial consultations with families and help ensure smooth starts of care.
- Digital Presence: Partner with the team on local SEO, online reputation management (Google Reviews), and social media storytelling.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven healthcare business development or sales experience (Home Care, Hospice, Assisted Living, or DME preferred).
- Go-Getter Mindset: You’re motivated, proactive, and persistent—comfortable making calls, showing up in person, and following through consistently.
- Relationship Builder: Empathetic, persuasive, and able to build trust quickly.
- Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Professional: Polished, punctual, reliable, and an excellent communicator.
- Requirements: 2+ Years In‑Home Care Relationship / Sales / Marketing
Base Salary: Based on experience
Commission: Uncapped, monthly performance‑based incentives
