Integra Loan Tech, a rapidly expanding lending technology developer in the Fin Tech Industry based in Franklin, TN currently has a rewarding opportunity for a Business Development Representative. Candidate must be located in the Franklin/Nashville area. Salary + Commissions. Full and part-time positions available

Responsibilities:

• Market, prospect and build relationships with key contacts in the banking and mortgage industry.
• Execute marketing campaigns via direct marketing and social media.
• Become proficient in expanding company prospect database and target marketing in Salesforce.
• Territory management by prioritizing key opportunities in each market and region.
• Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospective customers.
• Become knowledgeable with Integra technologies to educate prospective customers
• Future career advancement possible

Qualifications:

• Proactive and motivated with strong initiative
• Located in the Franklin/Nashville, TN area
• Willing to work in the office
• Ability to communicate effectively with banking executives, mortgage executives, and coworkers
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time, work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and social media, primarily Linked In
