POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a full-time, commission-based Sr. Design Consultant to lead residential consultations for window and entry door replacement projects. This role is ideal for a professional who believes that education beats pressure, values long-term relationships over quick wins, and takes pride in representing a premium brand.
This is not a high-pressure “closer” role. It is a consultative position focused on helping homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their homes.
We provide the appointments, you earn the trust and close the deal. No door knocking and no gimmicks. On occasion, you may participate in community engagement functions to help with brand awareness and networking. WHAT THIS ROLE IS — AND IS NOTThis role IS:

This role IS NOT:
- High-pressure or gimmick-driven sales
- A “buy today or lose the deal” environment
- Price-first or discount-led selling
- A transactional or volume-at-all-costs role
- Conduct in-home design consultations for residential window and entry door projects
- Educate homeowners on:
- Product differences, performance, and materials
- Installation quality and long-term value
- Energy efficiency, safety, and applicable code considerations
- Present clear, honest proposals and pricing
- Confidently ask for the business without pressure or manipulation
- Follow up professionally and thoughtfully with prospective clients
- Accurately document customer needs, scope, and next steps in CRM
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure a smooth project handoff
- Participate in various business development and community engagement activities
- Represent the Wallaby brand with integrity at every touchpoint
- Close rate with margin discipline

- Sales experience is not required - but someone who is honest, authentic, possesses a high degree of integrity, and has a desire to help others is a must
- Experience in consultative, in-home sales is helpful (home improvement, construction, remodeling, or similar preferred - window & door experience not required)
