Compensation:
Total Target Cash Pay Range $71,700 - $129,500 inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range $43,020 - $77,700.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a results‑oriented business sales professional to build stellar relationships with customers and drive sales in underserved markets. This hunter role requires persistent, outstanding sales talent to acquire accounts within an assigned geographic territory, using prospecting, cold‑calling, networking, and lead generation. The successful candidate will analyze customer needs, use solution‑based selling techniques, tailor recommendations, negotiate, and close business with a focus on the full range of T‑Mobile products and services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services, recommending wireless solutions, plans, data, services, handsets and accessories.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution and relationship management by working with leadership and participating in training and sales meetings.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
  • Fully utilize all sales force automation tools, manage the funnel, and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
Education
  • High School Diploma/GED – required.
  • Bachelor's Degree – preferred.
Work Experience
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment – required.

Skills and Abilities
  • Task Management: ability to work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment requiring a high degree of multi‑tasking – required.
  • Customer Service: demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail – required.
  • Communication: excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills – required.
  • Negotiation: effective negotiating and closing skills – required.
  • Proposal Writing: experience preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations – preferred.

  • At least 18 years of age.
