Client Sales Advocate

Job Description

We are looking for a professional, energetic, dependable full‑time Client Sales Advocate. This position involves sales, patient interaction, email interactions, video conferencing, and interdepartmental communication. Must be open to making outbound calls and learning new tasks and information. Candidate must excel on the phone, be detail oriented, and able to multi‑task. Previous experience with biological medicine is desirable but not required.

• General understanding of biological medicine
• Enjoy working with patients
• Articulate and outstanding customer service skills, both verbally and in writing
• Can multi‑task, prioritise tasks and complete with minimal supervision, as well as contribute to a team environment
• Detail oriented and organised with the ability to stay focused amid interruptions
• Dependable transportation & schedule
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Previous phone experience
