Experienced agents typically earn $55,000–$75,000 in their first year, depending on focus and production. Top performers exceed $90,000+ annually with consistency and drive.

• Actively licensed (resident or non-resident) in FL, GA, SC, AL, TN, or OH
• Experienced in insurance sales, and confident managing your own book of business
• Tech-comfortable, using digital tools to manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups
• Self-motivated and coachable, with a drive for consistent production
• Able to self-source leads and turn them into long-term relationships
• Relationship-focused, leading with value and earning client trust
• Collaborative, eager to contribute to a supportive, growth-minded team
