Your Role:
Be the Energy Behind the Experience

As a Sales Associate, youre often the first face people seeand the reason they keep coming back. Youll be instrumental in delivering a high-quality experience from the moment someone walks through the door to the moment they become part of the Rumble family.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales processfrom first contact to membership sign-up
• Lead dynamic, engaging studio tours that capture the Rumble vibe
• Drive growth through calls, referrals, follow-ups, and walk-ins
• Promote memberships, class packages, and retail with confidence
• Meet and exceed individual sales and appointment goals

Customer Experience & Member Retention

• Deliver exceptional service to every member and guest
• Build real relationships that create loyalty and boost retention
• Cultivate a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that sets Rumble apart

Community Engagement & Brand Representation

• Represent Rumble at local events, pop-ups, and community partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with nearby businesses and wellness pros
• Support studio marketing efforts, including social media initiatives

Studio Operations & Team Collaboration

• Help keep the studio clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with daily tasks including equipment setup and retail upkeep
• Participate in team trainings, meetings, and events
• Stay up-to-date on Rumbles services, culture, and goals

What We're Looking For

• A high-energy, self-starter who thrives on crushing goals
• A natural connector with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and community
• Reliable and flexiblemust be available for at least 4 shifts per week
• Comfortable helping with studio upkeep (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs)
• Previous sales or fitness experience is a plus, but we hire for attitude and drive
