Hollie Ray Boutique is a locally owned women's clothing boutique headquartered in Franklin, TN. Position Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at Hollie Ray to increase loyalty and retention and to increase sales. You are also expected to complete daily tasks to maintain store cleanliness and visual standards. This is a part-time hourly position. Hourly rate is determined based on experience.

• Assists customers with their purchases throughout their visit from welcoming them in, creating fitting rooms, assisting with styling, and completing their purchase at the checkout counter.
• Provides the best customer service that fosters an amazing customer experience each and every time.
• Continuously engages with customers and ensures that each customer is greeted and helped during their visit.
• Uses product knowledge to assist customers on the sales floor to give the customer confidence in their purchase.
• Strong desire to learn about the brands we carry and seek out information about new products or brands.
• Knowledgeable about the fit and care of the products in order to assist customers with their product questions.
• Completes daily tasks to maintain a clean and organized sales floor and workspace.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience working in a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
• Must be available to work a retail schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
