Guest Experience Assistant Leader

Lead and support store leader by directing activities to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales, expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising.;
Provide guests with exceptional service through relationship-building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store.;
Develop and coach associates; manage performance; hiring decisions; onboarding and training; engagement.;
Manage payroll and store's financial performance; plan and delegate floor operations; lead weekly reporting and operational objectives.;
Lead on-floor presence as Butterfly manager and oversee fitting room, floor sets, and brand presentation.
