Job Title:

Store Supervisor – Lead an autonomous team of store clerks, clerical staff, and volunteers. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating employees, managing store accounts and supplies, preparing expense reports, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Lead and supervise a team, conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage store operational functions including inventory control, expense reporting, and weekly scheduling.
• Oversee store supplies, ordering, and proper price tagging of merchandise.
• Maintain financial controls such as store keys, purchase card usage, and store funds security.
• Ensure employee and customer safety and promote customer satisfaction.
• Participate in monthly manager meetings and report on store metrics.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least 3 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Previous experience leading others in a retail setting.
