• Act as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Lead/Assistant Lead
• Open and close the store following all operational procedures
• Deliver a personalized, guest first experience on the sales floor
• Support associates by coaching, motivating, and ensuring daily goals are met
• Help with merchandising, floor sets, and maintaining a clean, organized store
• Process transactions, online orders, and incoming merchandise
• Assist leadership team in driving sales and promoting events

• Confident and reliable team players ready to step into leadership
• Strong communicators with a passion for guest service
• Energetic and proactive in fast-paced environments
• Fashion forward and community minded

• Previous retail experience required; leadership/keyholder experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, squatting, and reaching
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training

Alabama, New York, Kansas, Tennessee, Texas, Kentucky & Wisconsin — with new stores coming in 2025!
