Reporting the Store Manager & leadership team, the purpose of this role is to enhance brand experience, drive sales & motivate the team to hit goals.

• Acts as leader on duty following the direction of store manager & leadership team
• Welcome & assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms
• Styles outfits & makes recommendations based on guest preferences
• Assists with merchandising and creative directives
• Motivate associates to hit sales goalsli>
• Maintain a clean and sales floor & back of house
• Opening & Closing procedures
• Drive sales to hit monthly sales goals

• Must have retail leadership experience
• Must be able to travel for training opportunities & new store set up as needed
• Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders & squatting as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
