Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also manage departments, overseeing systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience; maintaining sales promotions; ensuring all service staff are trained; organizing Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Ensuring the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe food quickly; controlling food cost; training kitchen staff in production procedures and new menu items.
• Hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals; motivating crew, recognizing performance.

Preferred:
Previous managerial experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
