Position Details:
* Full-time and Part-time positions available
* Only open from 10 am - 8 pm
* Shifts range from 9 am - 9 pm
* Mall
Location:
All shifts are inside the air-conditioned food court

Team Member Responsibilities:
* Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions
* Ensure the cleanliness of the front counter area
* Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
* Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
* Work closely with team members and leadership
* Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standard of service
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Must be at least 16 years old
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
