Chick-fil-A is looking for hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our Kitchen Team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality food in a clean, safe, and organized environment while supporting our mission to serve great food with genuine care.

Position Details:

* Full-time and Part-time positions available

* Only open from 10 am - 8 pm

* Shifts range from 9am-9pm

* This position requires availability on Friday and Saturday nights.

Location:

All shifts are inside the air-conditioned food court

Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

* Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments

* Stock kitchen inventory as needed

* Maintain a neat and clean kitchen environment

* Stay updated on new products and menu items

* Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues

* Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Must be at least 16 years old

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

* Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

* Willingness to learn and follow systems and procedures

* Team-oriented with a positive attitude

* Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
