This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager, based in Franklin, TN. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, manage tenant relationships, handle lease administration and negotiations, and ensure the properties are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include supervising property maintenance, preparing operational budgets, enforcing lease agreements, coordinating with vendors, and resolving tenant issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications- Experience in Property Management and Leases
- College Degree required
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with tenants and vendors
- Knowledge of real estate and tenant contract processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn additional software platforms (Yardi, Cove, etc.)
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in commercial real estate is highly desirable
