We are currently recruiting for a RFID Press Operator to join our team! The RFID Press Operator sets up and operates the RFID printing press to produce pressure sensitive labels and related products.

• Set up and operate RFID label presses in an efficient and safe manner.
• Produce high‑quality labels to meet job specifications outlined on the label order.
• Input data—including time and materials used—into job management software.
• Read job orders, load jobs into the press, fill ink cans, and pump with prescribed inks.
• Start the press, adjusting speed and alignment of stock to the print cylinder as necessary.
• Adjust printing impression as necessary and run down approval strips.
• Cut a sample of the approval strip from the printed roll, inspect for imperfections, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Communicate job‑specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Report any production or press issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Keep inventory usage accurate at all times.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance as required.
• Keep work areas clear and organized; maintain housekeeping standards.

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of previous experience operating a press in a printing environment, preferably an RFID press.
• Must be able to read and interpret rulers, scales, and other measurement devices.
• Required to stand regularly and frequently walk.
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• May participate in vendor‑sponsored training programs.

Kingston Springs, TN – Salary: $21.50–$24.00 per hour. Alternate location:
Nashville, TN – Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year.
