The Vice President of Transformational Services is a strategic, visionary leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and growth objectives. This role will lead organizational change by integrating strategy, operations, technology, and culture to deliver sustainable performance improvement and operational excellence.
The VP-TS partners with senior leaders across all functions to reimagine business processes, enhance service delivery, and build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Roles and Responsibilities- Develop and execute the organization’s transformation roadmap in alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Partner with the EVP, Operations, and executive team to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and modernization.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional transformation projects encompassing operations, technology, culture, and financial performance.
- Establish governance structures, KPIs, and accountability systems for all major change initiatives.
- Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and collaboration across departments.
- Partner with HR and Communications to drive engagement, transparency, and change readiness across the organization.
- Oversee redesign of core business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and performance measurement across the enterprise.
- Implement best practices in project management, change management, and process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Partner with the SVP-IT and technology teams to ensure digital transformation aligns with organizational strategy.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and data platforms that enhance service delivery, analytics, and customer experience.
- Evaluate emerging trends and innovations to ensure competitive advantage and future readiness.
- Collaborate with project management team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the EVP-Operations, and executive leadership team.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
- Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in organizational transformation, strategy, or operations management.
- Proven success leading large-scale change initiatives in complex, multi-site organizations.
- Experience with current accounting software, especially Accounts Payable and Payroll.
- Experience in behavioral health industry is strongly preferred, including acute psychiatric and substance use disorders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic and tactical aspects of enterprise transformation.
Certification in Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management (PMP) is preferred.
