You are a dynamic early career MBA graduate from a top-ranked university, seeking to build afulfilling career operating and leading businesses, as opposed to the world of Investment Banking/ Finance. Ideally, you already have 2-4 years of experience working in an industrial business. You are seeking to catapult your career into senior operational ranks, through accelerated learning made possible by working in the C-Suite with an accomplished CEO with a significant track record of success.

You will also be surrounded by other skilled Private Equity professionals and A-Level talent in the C-Suite.

Grain & Protein Technologies (GPT) is a highly complex portfolio of Agri-businesses, operating in 5 distinct business segments, with manufacturing in 19 locations in 1 0 countries, with revenues of $1.2B. GPT has developed a detailed operating agenda that should double the EBITDA of the business organically and further double with transformative M&A. These are exciting times to join GPT.

With the principal responsibility for Business Analytics, you will parse and mine the numbers (P&L statements, Cash Flow statements, 80-20 analytics, Material Margin analytics, Top Customer analytics, Product Family analytics, Conversion Cost analytics, ….. by segment and by region) to uncover value creation opportunities and help guide the C-Suite. You will also create Corporate Governance engaging all levels of the organization, at all the relevant sites, being there when the CEO cannot be there,that will ensure operationalization of key transformation initiatives through relentless follow up.

You will also be actively engaged in the M&A funnel assessing the value creation potential.
