At Biscuit Love, we serve Breakfast for Good®, and behind every plate is a team that makes the operation run smoothly‑down to the last biscuit. Our Commissary & Logistics Team is the quiet engine behind our stores, and the Intercompany Supply Driver plays a key role in keeping each location stocked, safe, and ready to serve.

You’ll deliver daily orders between our locations with care, consistency, and attention to detail. While most routes are local to the Nashville area, this role also includes occasional long-distance deliveries to our store in Cincinnati, OH
.

If you’re a task‑driven team player who finds satisfaction in staying organized, supporting others, and getting the job done well‑we’d love to meet you.

• Transport food products, supplies, and materials between stores and commissary
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries by following daily route plans
• Safely load and unload inventory (up to 65 lbs at times)
• Perform quality control checks on outgoing and incoming orders
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work environment
• Communicate clearly with commissary, store managers, and logistics team
• Occasionally drive long‑distance (e.g., Nashville to Cincinnati and back)
• Complete assignments independently, with reliability and accountability

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 65 lbs repeatedly
• Reliability, punctuality, and a calm, solutions‑focused attitude
• Comfort working independently but collaboratively with the larger team
• Detail‑oriented mindset with pride in doing things the right way
• Availability for early start times and occasional out‑of‑town runs

• $20/hr starting pay
• Company vehicle provided during working hours
