Overview
The Legal Assistant will provide critical support to the Legal Department by assisting with a broad range of legal matters, including preparing legal documents, managing documentation, coordinating with business units regarding legal matters, serving as liaison with outside counsel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

Education:
High School Diploma - Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a legal support role within a law firm, corporate legal department, or similar professional environment. Candidates should demonstrate a working knowledge of legal terminology, document management practices, and administrative procedures commonly used in legal settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong technical aptitude, creativity, and ability to research and solve complex issues.
- Interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Critical thinking skills, including logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team atmosphere and as an individual contributor with individual projects, deadlines, and accountabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where requirements are constantly changing.
- A team player mentality that values contributing to the overall goals of the organization, regardless of the role asked to perform.
