HANA Business Process Expert – Warehouse Management & Logistics

📍 Hybrid | Franklin, TN (2–3 days onsite)

We’re partnering with a global industry leader (“Client”) that operates in over 100 countries and supports critical infrastructure across manufacturing, utilities, and energy systems. They are in the middle of a major digital transformation initiative — and this role sits right at the center of it.

You’ll serve as the SAP functional expert for Warehouse Management and Logistics, helping modernize and optimize processes within SAP S/4

HANA (WM/EWM/LO).

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Partner with warehouse and logistics teams (receiving, shipping, inventory control, production line replenishment, cycle counting, etc.) to understand operational pain points
• Analyze and improve business processes using SAP best practices
• Configure and enhance SAP WM/EWM solutions in collaboration with functional analysts and developers
• Lead testing efforts (SIT/UAT) and support successful rollouts
• Create clear process documentation and training materials
• Train end users on new functionality and ensure smooth adoption
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP supply chain and warehouse processes

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll translate operational needs into scalable SAP solutions.

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA
  , specifically WM and/or EWM
• Deep understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
• Experience supporting or leading SAP implementations or major enhancements
• Solid knowledge of integration between WM/EWM and other SAP modules
• Ability to diagnose complex business process issues and recommend practical solutions
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with business and technical teams
• Strong documentation, testing, and end‑user training experience

• SAP ECC exposure
• Experience with MM or PP
• SAP certifications
