Senior Lead, Strategic Growth Analytics & Insights at Mars, Royal Canin, a key division of Mars Petcare, is accelerating its Digital Transformation journey and expanding its analytics capabilities to unlock new business value. This role sits in the Regional Performance Analytics team and focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and business growth. • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science);
  Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of analytics experience in fast-paced industries such as CPG, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or consulting with a focus on turning data into insights to drive action
• Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, data modeling), SQL, Python, and cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Highly motivated with strong intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Ability to operate independently and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
• People management experience is a plus with proven leadership in project delivery and mentoring junior analysts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Partner with various teams across Royal Canin to design and deliver custom analysis and insights that deepen business understanding
• Engage with leaders (Sales, Marketing, General Management) and key stakeholders to understand, modernize, and expand analytics capabilities
• Shape and drive capability strategy across the business, ensuring analytics solutions align with evolving needs and opportunities
• Help coach & mentor our front-line analysts in best practices as we transition from legacy systems to a cloud environment
• Support the entire business unit in driving value from the data lake, especially as new data access and capabilities come online
• Own the operational quality of reporting and analysis, including data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing as needed

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. The total compensation package includes variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in a 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
